For groups of 25 or over. Priced at £14.95 each the tour includes:
	Coffee on arrival
	A private Guided Tour of the House lasting approximately one hour.
	Two course lunch folowed by tea / coffee
	10% Discount on any purchases made in the Parkland Centre Shop on the day of your visit.

Suggested Itinerary

Time	Itinerary
11:30am	Arrive at Duncombe Park to enjoy Coffee & Biscuits at the Parkland Tea Rooms before making the short journey on your coach to the house.
11:45am	Start your guided tour. Your guide will highlight the recent restoration work which has been carried out, as well as the history of the House and the Feversham family.
12:50pm	Return by coach to the Parkland Tea Rooms for Lunch and to take advantage of a 10% discount on any purchases made in the Parkland Centre Shop.
2:30pm	Depart
